To register your device, go to “Device Registration Page” and fill out the Registration Form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all your information. If you spot a mistake in that confirmation email, please contact us here, and we will make all the necessary changes.

The warranty covers flaws in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a fault is detected during the Warranty Period and a valid claim is made, Vitality will either repair the defective device or replace it with a new or serviceable used product. *Unless the customer purchased an extended warranty
